Next time though . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Short post tonight since I'm exhausted. Pip and I are, um what you'd call, "PASSIONATELY INVOLVED SPECTATORS" - couldn't keep our butts in our seats or our mouths closed if they'd been Super-Glued down and shut. Being emotional eaters, and watching the game on big screen from a pizza/bar/grill, with a large and equally passionate crowd, we plowed through salads, cheese sticks, several Pepsi's and one pizza. We left hoarse, ears ringing and bodies still humming with the thrill - high fiving and knuckle knocking total strangers - "Next time, next time" head nods and finger points all the way to the car. We agonized over crucial pivotal plays all the way to hot fudge sundaes. Pip needed to have one happy ending today so we just finished watching "The Game Plan" (with Duane 'The Rock' Johnson). Drained and finally pacified we are heading for bed.
I love doing this with my daughter!!
