I'm helping Mom again tonight. A few nights ago she had an idea for another story. This one will be a ghost story and she says and it will be for grown-ups. Don't know what ghosts are but Mom is very excited about it. She's researching someplace called Georgia. We've been looking at maps and images and reading historical facts. We're both learning lots together. Ginger is here helping too of course (wherever Mom is, Ginger is). She's in charge of Mom's feet and legs and keeping them warm. I like that Mom doesn't make me stay in one spot. I like to mix things up ya know, change positions, change perceptions. Sometimes I sit right next to the keyboard, sometimes on her shoulder and sometimes I ride on her arm when she's typing. I do that if I start to get bored. The muscles in her arm move around a lot when she types. It makes balancing tricky, like on a ride or something. Oh, I'm also supposed to be on the look out for some renegade mosquito, he keeps pestering Mom. She says I'm the best bug person in the family so it's my job to nail him. OhHoHoHoHo - there he goes! I'm outta here!
